If you have a problem with flies we know you will want to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. For that reason we always ship by the quickest method available from the nearest distribution hub to you.

Refunds & Cancellations
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we offer a 14 days returns policy subject to the article being in a saleable condition and in original undamaged packaging. The overall condition of the returned item will be taken into consideration when making refunds.
Refunds will be credited as per original method of payment
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days. If you wish to cancel your order you must give us written notice (including email) within that seven day period. If you do cancel the order within the 14 day period any payments made by you will be returned in full within 7 days of cancellation
If the item has already been despatched you must return the item to us at your own cost. Cancelled items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging.

If an item is being returned due to a fault we will also refund the delivery charge. If you return a damaged or faulty item from an order consisting of more than one item, we will only refund you the cost of the faulty item.
For your protection it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service for returning items. You must also make sure that items are securely packaged and in their original condition on returning them to us.
